The Gold Coast Airport pick up and drop off area is conveniently located at the front of the terminal. Follow directional signage as you enter the airport precinct.

If your passenger has not arrived yet, please do not park and wait, as this area is strictly for pick up and drop off only (penalties apply). Passengers must be waiting at the kerb for immediate pick up.

Here are a few more tips to make pick up and drop off even easier:

• Find out if your passenger’s flight is arriving on time. Visit our flight information page or contact the airline directly for this information.
• Please allow 10 – 15 minutes for your passenger to collect their luggage before arriving to pick them up.
