Gold Coast Airport prides itself on being more than just a transit area for airline passengers.
Our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Team at the Transport and Information Desk are always on hand to help passengers with any type of query.

As soon as you step off the plane, our multi-lingual team will greet you with a friendly smile and ensure that your transition from the airport to your accommodation on the Gold Coast or Northern New South Wales is as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. We aim to provide a friendly and relaxing atmosphere which means that your holiday begins the moment you arrive.

Bookings can be made for your accommodation, bus transfers, limousine bookings, taxi hire and car rental. Our Customer Service Team are trained to help you with any questions or assistance you may require.

Also located at the information desk is an electronic board which will display Tour Groups and Bus Transfer companies. This board will have each bus and tour company allocated bus bay which will ensure that you will be able to find the group you are travelling with. The bus terminal area is located to the left of the international arrivals hall.
