- Airports (Building Control) Regulations 1996*
- Airports (Environment Protection) Regulations 1997*
- Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 – Administered by the Commonwealth Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities.

Gold Coast Airport’s current charges include landing fees, general aviation charges and car parking.

Gold Coast Airport wants to ensure that our customers with special needs are able to travel as comfortably and hassle-free as possible. A Disability Access Facilitation Plan has been produced for Gold Coast Airport and details the services and facilities available for our passengers with special needs.
Gold Coast Airport is committed to providing quality customer service at our airport. Gold Coast Airport participates in the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) benchmarking program, in addition to conducting our own passenger surveys annually at Gold Coast Airport.
Community Aviation Consultation Group (CACG)Gold Coast Airport is currently establishing a local Community Aviation Consultation Group (CACG) to help facilitate greater community consultation, particularly on planning and development activities on the airport.
All Ground Transport operators, including coaches, limousines and off-airport car rental companies wishing to operate at the Gold Coast Airport must be authorised to do so by holding a current license agreement with the airport. More information on Licensing can be found here.
