Gold Coast Airport will soon offer customers a greater choice of parking options with four car parking areas to cater for everyone’s needs. The main car parking facility, conveniently located directly opposite Terminal 1, provides over 280 Short Term parking bays and a grace period of 10 minutes free parking for quick passenger pick-up. This facility also offers 950 Undercover Long Term parking bays with direct and easy terminal access.

Only a short undercover stroll to the terminal will be our new Long Term facility providing an extra 950 parking bays at very reasonable daily rates; from only $14 for the first 24hours and less for a greater period of time.

Not forgetting our Tiger passengers, there is also a Terminal 2 combined short and long term facility with 170 bays located directly opposite Terminal 2. The proposed fee structure (below) will be applied from the opening of our new Long Term Car Park due in late August.

Disabled parking spaces are available in the short and long term located directly beside the walkway access running from the terminal building through the car park. Wheelchairs are available upon request from individual airlines. Please see the friendly staff located at the terminal should you require assistance.

The car park is open seven days from 5am until the last flight clears.
For security reasons vehicles are not permitted to be left unattended outside the terminal building or any other specially signed areas.

You are welcome to drop off passengers at the front of the terminal however there is a 1 minute time frame and you must not leave your vehicle. If you are picking up passengers and you enter and exit the car park within 10 mins there will be no charge incurred. If this 10 mins is exceeded, normal parking rates for the entire duration will be charged as below parking fee structure.

How to Pay

For a speedy getaway you can now pay for parking at one of the Automatic Pay Stations.
A ticket will be issued to you at the entry boom gate, please keep this ticket with you and on return to your vehicle you can use it to pay for parking at one of the three Automatic Pay Stations. A pay station is located opposite Terminal One, Terminal Two and at the car park central walkway.

You are able to pay by cash or credit card at each pay station and a receipt will be issued upon request. If you require assistance at any time please press the intercom button on the pay station which will connect you with one of our friendly car park staff.

Once you have paid for parking you may exit via the pre-paid exits.
If you do not wish to pay at the automatic pay stations, please use the manual booth exit where your parking payment will be processed by the friendly Gold Coast Airport Car Park Staff.

Please note: a minimum payment of $10 is required to make a payment by credit card.
