Confessions of an What’s your favourite adventure activity in Melbourne? Cycling. Melbourne has a fantastic cycling community and the roads around Port Phillip Bay were just made for cycling. Beach Road is very popular and on any given morning 1000’s of cyclist converge to go for a ride, catch up with their cycling buddies and have an obligatory coffee in one of the many cafes afterwards. What other adventures in indulgence in Melbourne can you recommend? Obviously Chapel Street in South Yarra/Prahran for shopping! You’ll find hundreds of stores that will suit every budget and taste. A trip out to the Yarra Valley or the Mornington Peninsular is a simply stunning way to while away the day, hopping from winery to winery and sampling the local produce. Best shopping bargain or tip? Favourite museum, art gallery, exhibition or place that just blows your mind away? The Ian Potter Centre at the National Gallery of Victoria for its collection of Australian Art.
