Draft Major Development Plan Building B
Public Exhibition

Pursuant to Section 92 of the Airports Act 1996 notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of a Draft Major Development Plan for the construction of Building B of the Southern Cross University Campus at the Gold Coast Airport.

The Plan will be publicly exhibited for 60 business days from 20 April 2009 during which time members of the public are invited to view and make submissions on the plan. Copies of the Draft Major Development Plan are available:

• For inspection and purchase by the public during normal business hours at the administration offices of Gold Coast Airport at 1 Eastern Avenue, Gold Coast Airport or;
• By visiting www.goldcoastairport.com.au (free of charge) during the exhibition period.

Written comments on the Draft Major Development Plan should be received by no later than 5.00 pm on 10 July 2009. Please forward comments to the Chief Operating Officer, Gold Coast Airport Pty Ltd, PO Box 112, Coolangatta Q 4225.
